These plants are guarantied for a period of time of
10 years from the day they start working.

This guaranty consists on changing parts which are recQgniced as faulty and the provisional repairing and subsequent replacement when necessary.

Costs of transport, workforce and displacement will be in charge of the buyer.

The changes of different parts or eventually its repairing according to the guaranty can not be taken as a consecuence to extend the guaranty, except in the case where the parts are recogniced as faulty, in which the guaranty will be renewed another twelve months.

This guaranty does not cover the cost originated by the normal wear resultant from the explotation, as well as the verifications and regulations required.

The guaranty does not apply and the seller is free of responsabilities:

- When the parts have been replaced by parts ot'some other origin.
- When the plant has been transt'ormed or modified in any way without a written aprovement of the seller.
- When the breakdowns are due to a negligence, a wrongly adapted usage ot'the plant, a supercharge, even momentaneous, or to the inexperience of the user.
- When the damage is due to mayor forces.
